Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TAAGSOLUTIONS GmbH, Esplanade 29–30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany, E-Mail: hello@mytaag.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Conditions

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we only accept returns if the goods are unused, unopened and in perfect condition.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.

Please do not send the goods to the manufacturer, but exclusively to the return address specified by us.

Once we receive the return and have inspected it, we will inform you by email about the receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.

Upon successful inspection, the refund will be processed automatically within a few days using the originally used payment method.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded, as permitted by law.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB for:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- Contracts for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

To the extent that the Taag Card is a customized product, the right of withdrawal may also be excluded.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account and then contact your payment provider or bank.

It may take some time for a refund to be posted.

Offers and discounted products

A refund may be excluded if products were purchased as part of special offers or at reduced prices, provided this is clearly indicated and legally permissible.

Exchange

An exchange is only possible for provably defective or damaged products.

Return

Please inform us by email at hello@mytaag.com before returning the goods so that we can provide you with the return information and further procedure.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend sending the return with tracking or insurance, as we cannot assume liability for lost returns.
